Motorcycle Chain Breaker

Our Renold Chain Breaker is a quick and easy way to cut your new Renold Classic Motorcycle rear and primary drive chains. 

Cutting a wedge riveted chain means having to grind off the pin head and then hammer the pin through the plates. That is too much time and effort. 

Renold Classic Motorcycle chain have end-softened pins with a 360o rivet for optimum security. You can now cut chain by hand in moments, with no mess.

Screw operated extractors break chain by forcing the Renold end softened bearing pins out of the outer link plates. For other brands of chain, the rivet swell must first be ground away.

Size: 10101 suitable for use on pitch sizes from 3/8” to 5/8”
