Delivery Information

Delivery Service

  • We use UPS Local for our small/medium item delivery service which is tracked & signed and also provides a 1 hour time slot + delivery updates by SMS or email.
  • We do offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries on most items at an extra charge, if you’d like to upgrade to a Saturday or Sunday service please email our helpful team shop.uk@renold.com  
  • For our larger consignments (over 30kg) we may use a specialist heavy goods courier or pallet delivery which may not offer a one hour time slot but will still aim to provide you with your delivery date.

Delivery Cost

  • Shipping costs are calculated at point of checkout, dependant on weight and whether a standard or express delivery is specified.
  • We do offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries on most items at an extra charge, if you’d like to upgrade to a Saturday or Sunday service please email our helpful team shop.uk@renold.com 
  • Delivery outside of the UK mainland is not permittable at this time.

Dispatch Process

  • We aim to dispatch all in stock orders the same working day if ordered before 12pm Monday-Thursday
  • Items delivery times are estimated. If any delays occur which affect your estimated delivery time our customer service team will be in contact as soon as we can with an update via email or telephone.
  • Once your order has been shipped you’ll be notified by email that your order is on its way which are followed by further updates from the courier service your item is using.

Delivery T+C’s

  • If you miss a delivery numerous times and the delivery company return the item to us you may be charged a second shipment fee dependant on the consignment weight or if the delivery was palleted you will be charged the palleted rate of delivery.
  • If a box arrives damaged, you must sign for the consignment as damaged to ensure you're eligible to make a claim if any items inside have resulted in damage themselves.
  • We’re trying to do our part to reduce emissions and our carbon footprint, therefore an order placed with multiple items on different delivery timescales will all be sent once your longest waiting item has arrived with us, if you require split shipping to receive available items sooner please email our friendly team on shop.uk@renold.com (this may incur an extra delivery charge).
