Our Renold Chain Breaker is a quick and easy way to cut your new Renold brand chain.

 Cutting a wedge riveted chain means having to grind off the pinhead and then hammer the pin through the plates. That is too much time and effort.

Renold brand chains have end-softened pins with a 360-degree rivet for optimum security. You can now cut chain by hand in moments, with no mess.

Screw operated extractors break chain by forcing the Renold end softened bearing pins out of the outer link plates. For other brands of chain, the rivet swell must first be ground away.
